Welcome to 829 Belmont! This property was our first foray in the vacation rental space. Our combined love for the house and renovating historical homes and buildings was what first attracted us. The location and quaintness of the Belmont neighborhood was icing on the cake. We were involved in every detail of the home renovation, pouring over the designs, decor and personal touches of each apartment. We continue to manage every aspect of the business and enjoy catering to our guests to make sure we're delivering the best experience possible.

A little bit about us - We currently live in Charlottesville with our two boys. We both work in the family business. Rebecca's family owns Stinson Vineyards, located 15 miles west of Charlottesville, as well as several properties around the area, including The Townsman Hotel and the Inn at Stinson Vineyards. Some of our favorite things include food, wine, travel, home renovations, and antiquing.
