TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS

  • For a full refund, cancellations must be made five days prior to check in.
  • Guests cancelling less than five days in advance will have to pay the first night in full, but will receive a 50% refund for the remainder of the reservation.
  • Cancellations must be made by contacting the owner.
  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR LONG-TERM RENTALS (28 nights or more)

  • First 28 days are non-refundable, regardless if cancellation occurs prior to or during the stay.
  • If a guest decides to cancel the reservation during their stay, the guest must notify the hosts immediately of a new checkout date. The guest is required to pay 28 days following the cancellation or up to the end date of the guest's original reservation if the remaining portion of the original reservation is less than 28 days.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR RESERVATION OF 3 OR MORE UNITS

  • The guest will receive a 50% refund if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival.
  • If the guest cancels the reservation less than 30 days prior to check in, which includes cancellations during the stay, the guest will be required to pay in full for the entire stay, or for the first 28 days if it's a long-term rental.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted. 

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check in time is 4 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m. 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The sleep occupancy of each apartment is two persons. Special requests for additional guests can be made.

NOISE ORDINANCE

Per the city's noise ordinance and out of respect for our neighbors, we request a 11 p.m. curfew for all porch activities. 

PETS & SMOKING

Pets and smoking are prohibited. If pets and smoking are detected, the security deposit will not be refunded. 

DAMAGE

Guests are required to submit a damage claim within 24 hours upon their arrival. If damage occurs during the stay, the damage will be assessed and guests will be required to cover the costs.
